Business Systems provides Managed Print Services (MPS) to enterprise and business clients across Canada. Our services are governed by signed agreements, typically under a Cost Per Copy pricing model. These services include:

While the core service is professional and technology-based, certain consumables (e.g., toner, paper) included in the service agreement may be shipped to customer locations. These physical goods are fulfilled via Canada Post and AAA Shipping Company.

All transactions and service agreements are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

4. Fulfillment & Cancellation Policies
Refunds
We do not issue refunds for professional services rendered under contract.
Shipping
Shipping only applies to consumable supplies that are part of the MPS agreement. These are shipped via trusted logistics partners (Canada Post, AAA Shipping) and only to Canadian addresses authorized under each service agreement.
Returns
We do not accept returns of consumables or services.
Cancellations
Cancellation policies are defined within individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and client contracts. These terms are unique to each client and agreed upon prior to service activation.
5. Legal and Export Restrictions
Our Managed Print Services are offered only within Canada. We do not export or offer services to jurisdictions outside of Canada. All services are subject to compliance with Canadian commercial and data protection laws.
