How much does it cost to lease an office printer?

We can provide short-term photocopier rentals in certain areas. Please contact our sales department with your request.

Is it possible to have a machine that can fax, scan, print, and do colour?

What do I do when the machine breaks down?

We offer a service contract with all of our machines that include all parts, labour, retrofits and toner (everything except paper).

Is toner included?

Yes! Our “Cost Per Print” service agreement includes all toner, warranty, service calls, parts and labour.

How long will my service contract last?

Your service contract will continue to run until you decide to cancel or if parts are no longer available. You can cancel your service contract at any time by providing us with 30 days’ written notice.

Should I get a Laser Printer or Inkjet Printer?

When deciding whether to lease a laser printer or an inkjet printer, we always suggest clients assess their actual printing requirements. Because knowing what you actually need will give you a clearer vision and direction as to what type of printer you want to go for.

Isn’t all printing equipment the same?

No. There are now several options to choose from when it comes to office printers. You can select a business printer for lease according to your own daily printing volume, type of printed material you produce (black and white documents or full-colour photos), additional functions and features (including Bluetooth connectivity, Internet-ready, WiFi access, USB ports, or digital display), and even available floor or desk space.
